JEWELRY APPRAISAL SERVICES
Robson Jewelers offers a number of appraisal options for our customers.
INDIVIDUAL ITEM INSURANCE APPRAISAL
$100 per item
Looking to have your engagement ring insured and need appraisal documentation? Purchased something and would like to know its retail replacement value? Inherited a singular item and looking for more details? These are all reasons why a customer may come to us for an Individual Item Insurance Appraisal.
This service provides the client with a formal document outlining the details of an item and its retail replacement value. Simply drop off your item, and we will review it and return it to you with an in-depth analysis of your piece. All individual appraisals include a high quality image of the appraised item. Upon completion, the appraisal will be explained in detail and any questions answered.
BEST SERVICE FOR THE CLIENT WHO:
Needs formal documentation for legal or insurance purposes for a singular item or high end piece.
Wants an individual item report, not an itemized report.
Wants an image attached to the report for documentation purposes.
No appointment is necessary, simply drop off your item at the store of your choice.
LINE ITEM JEWELRY APPRAISAL SERVICE
$100 per hour
Have you inherited an estate and need documentation on a multitude of items? Do you have a large jewelry collection and would like to appraise it as one large lot? Looking for a consultation but would like formal documentation for your records? This may be the service for you.
Customers come to us for this service for a variety of reasons, but the outcome is the same: a formalized “line-item” style document with specific retail replacement values. This document can be used for insurance purposes or for formally settling an estate. It is a more affordable option than an in-depth appraisal service for an individual item.
Unlike the Jewelry Consultation, this service is a drop-off service. In order to increase our efficiency and focus on your pieces, we need our full attention on appraising. Of course, if you have any questions about the appraisal, we are more than happy to go over the details and evaluation when complete.
BEST SERVICE FOR THE CLIENT WHO:
Needs formal documentation on individual items for insurance or legal purposes.
Has a large quantity of items needing appraisals.
Wants a formal document for their own records, itemizing their jewelry collection.
Looking for a Jewelry Consultation and a Line Item Appraisal? We are happy to offer a combination of these two services! We can discuss the outcome that best suits your needs when setting up an appointment.
